Probably the most important design challenges for the empty nesters market is the elimination of stairs. With the onset of years it is more practical to consider living in a well designed bungalow. This does not imply that a single storey home is just not a good idea. If a storey home is what they reside in, the first floor bed room with en-suite services is tremendous for offering bedroom space for his or her kids and grandchildren when they go to. Lawrence, I’m sorry, I did not describe my house very clearly. The home has conventional sq. walls with domed roofs product of concrete. The house was poured in three ½ items. Where each unit joins, there’s a seam and on every seam is a French drain. However, the seams are cracking below the French Drains. We are hoping to repay the loan soon and dig this up and seal the cracks beneath the French drains and set up a new pores and skin IF it is not too expensive. In any other case we will have to abandon the house. We’ve tried epoxy, however it hasn’t helped. Thanks for your remark and solutions.
